Living in a motorhome for extended periods or even fulltime is a little different from going away for a weekend or a few weeks at a time.  You still go through the same thought process for buying your motorhome or van though.  You are likely to have a focus on different things – especially if you are fulltime in one of the more northerly hemisphere countries.

There are a number of different ways that people live when they are fulltime in a van or motorhome:

• Permanently on a site somewhere
• Parking up for the winter and move around in the summer
• Part of the ‘Schengen Shuffle’ issue – 3 months in the UK (or external country) and 3 months in Schengen European countries.
• Possibly you move from month to month
• Fulltime roaming depending on what you want to do or where you want to go

Its like saying ‘How long is a piece of string’ really.
